Yeast Infection Insulin Side Effect
Since donating blood twice I have tried insulin again, and have also
tried real kefir cultured from kefir grains.
I tolerated both very well. Some of you may recall that I was never able
to take either without diarrhea and other GI problems, gas, etc.
Now 3 days short of 4 weeks after my second blood donation, the
improvements keep on.
My dose of T3 thyroid is down to around 10 mcg., my HC dose is reduced
to 26 mg.
I don't know yet if any of these benefits will last, or if I will be
able to keep reducing the thyroid or HC, Maybe I will have to raise
either or both again, if something else turns out to be causing these
improvements.
Since the second donation I have been able to add much needed
progesterone also, and doing well with that too. Never did well with it
before though I had a complete hyster 20 years ago.
It looks to me like the excess iron, though not extreme, causes a whole
host of problems in the body, messing up the thyroid, and probably the
entire endocrine system, and the GI too. I have read that it causes a
LOT of inflammation.
